I’m Janis — Founder of DigiTeam Solutions. I started this firm with a clear mission: to build a world-class accounting company that combines technical excellence with smart systems, strong culture, and scalable service.
I’ve always been obsessed with clarity, structure, and results. My background in productivity and systems thinking taught me early on that great businesses are built through consistency, not chaos. That mindset now drives how we operate as a firm: from how we hire, to how we serve clients, to how we scale.
My vision is to build a team that delivers high-quality accounting to thousands of UK businesses - at speed and with precision - without ever compromising on care or communication. We’re not here to follow the traditional firm model. We’re here to build something modern, global, and deeply effective.
